Job Description
Receives and categorizes incoming equipment for calibration/certification and repair.
Demonstrates a positive team attitude while working with colleagues
Communicates with client purchasing departments to obtain proper purchase order information for all incoming work orders
Transfers client equipment and purchase order requirements to QMS online platform. (JGI uses Qualer.)
Collaborates with JGI Quality Managers to determine the nature of and JGI's ability to perform requested services
Ability to assist the shipping and receiving department when requested
Job Requirements
Have a high school diploma or GED
A college degree or ongoing enrollment is preferred
Be able to lift or carry 25 pounds
Previous manufacturing industry experience is helpful
Strong written communication skills and CRM experience (such as Salesforce or similar online platforms) a plus
Excellent verbal communication skills are a must
Excellent patience, focus, and openness to feedback are essential
Ability to understand what our A2LA accreditation means and how that applies to completing data entry
